These terms apply to your use of the Uplin Nexus website, our professional services, and our software products (including ClinicPad). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Professional services

Custom development, design, hosting and marketing work is governed by a separate proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timelines, fees and ownership. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Product subscriptions

• Products such as ClinicPad are offered on monthly or yearly subscriptions at the prices shown at sign-up.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure, use our products lawfully, and ensure you have the right to store any data you upload — including obtaining any consents required from your patients or customers.

Data ownership

You own the data you store in our products. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

Availability & support

We work to keep our products available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Our products are tools to assist professionals and do not replace professional judgement.
